Disputes have involved a wide range of Subject matters (see experience areas above) including high dollar B2B disputes; Patent, Trademark, Copyright and trade secret infringement; Technology and know–how rights; Product defects; Construction defect and General contractor/subcontractor disputes; Franchise, Dealers and distributorship termination; Entertainment industry contract, ownership, distribution and royalty entitlement disputes; breach of talent and sports contract,; Race, Gender, Sexual orientation, National origin discrimination, harassment and retaliation; Wrongful termination of executive employment; securities, investor and consumer fraud; partnership dissolution and International joint venture, distributorship, technology, intellectual property and territorial rights disputes.
